LEXINGTON, KY (April 18, 2019) – The Thoroughbred Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) has named former Lexington Mayor Jim Gray as Communicator of the Year. The award was presented to Gray at the chapter’s annual Thoroughbred Awards luncheon on Tuesday, April 16, 2019.
“Mayor Gray’s strong communication skills and vibrant enthusiasm for the city of Lexington helped him bring positive change throughout his eight years in office,” said Natalie Cunningham, president of the Thoroughbred Chapter PRSA. “We are grateful for the mayor’s leadership and are pleased to recognize him with this distinguished honor.”
